Coaching and mentoring
Sales and business coaching is for anyone who wants to improve their performance at work: Life coaching is for someone who wants to improve their whole life. I coach in both, so I have you covered!
I coach directors, managers, business owners and sales people all the time. It’s a one-to-one relationship which is led by you and your topic. Most of the time when clients come for their first session we look at the overall work and life balance. Then we concentrate on the areas of concern which could be from; your selling process, managing your sales team, why you or your team are not closing sales. Whatever it is we work on it together and find a solutions for you.
On the other hand, the sessions might look at what could be blocking you to do your very best work like; low confidence, maybe not sure what you’re doing at the moment, fear might have got in on you and that is what we work on.

What is difference between mentoring and coaching? Mentoring is a long-term process that is built on mutual trust and respect for the client to move forward and grow. Coaching is for a short term period which is more structured with a formal approach with a specific project to be completed.
